I need advise in doing a quiet title in Texas
Hello, I may need to do a quiet title on a small fixer upper. I have never done a quiet title before and need some input as to the cost and time frame that it would take. If anyone can recommend someone I can to hire to do this that would be helpful as well. I live in Texas.
