Properties in living trust fund
So I am wondering:
A person I know set up a living trust about three years ago and assigned property to go to a family member upon her death. But she didn’t put the actual property in the trust! (🤦🏽♀️)
Any suggestions (if any) of how to go about adding the property to the trust now?
