Can someone please tell me what is needed to depreciate a rental? Years ago I depreciated my home, yet my bookkeeper moved on and I haven't depreciated since them.

I remember she told me to call the assessors office and ask for some numbers. Any idea of what would be needed? Thank you in advance.
