How to report foreign property sale to IRS?

I recently sold a foreign investment house, wonder how I can report it to IRS now? So that I won’t be getting a big penalty for not withholding enough tax for this capital gain from foreign property sales.

Since it’s a foreign sale, no form 1099-s was received for sure.
