Wisconsin Real Estate CPA Recommendations

I'm looking for recommendations for a CPA, preferably in the Fox Valley area (Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Appleton, etc.) that specializes in real estate tax planning/preparation.  I read the entire BiggerPockets tax strategies book this week and want to ensure I find someone that is well versed in the topic who can help me create the appropriate business entity and provide the appropriate tax planning advice.  I'm opening to hearing about other recommendations, even if they do not necessarily reside in the fox valley area.
