Bell County Texas Tax Appraisal

Has anyone successfully contested their tax appraisal in Killeen? I’m looking for advice and strategies. I’ve filed protest and have a hearing date.

We purchased the property in late 2018. Appraisal went up in 2019. Now the 2020 proposed value is higher than what I paid.
