Really? I couldn't disagree more. I have two ETC accounts and work with multiple investors buying from and lending from their ETC accounts. They have horrible customer service. It went from mediocre to bad to horrible and they seem to never even understand how bad their service is.

It's not as if I don't work with them and their forms daily. I understand what they need and why it is needed. I'm careful in the way I submit directions. I wish they were 1/10th as careful.

I inherited an IRA and opened an account at UDirect. The difference was night and day. Awesome service and daily emails with updates.
