Land Trusts--is it worth the hassel?
I met with a real estate attorney and he recommended putting each property (I have 4 total) in Land Trusts. He said it adds a layer of "smoke and mirrors" for a little more privacy/protection. I was wondering what your all's opinion/experiences is with Land trusts and if its worth the hassle of going through the paperwork.
