Tax professional Florida

Andrew Schroeder
Posted

Hi everyone new investor. Have my first duplex. Renovating the building myself with no tenant in place. I really need help with finding a good tax professional. How do I go about finding a tax person that has a strong real estate background. Any advice would help a lot.

@Andrew Schroeder

FL does not have state income tax, so there's almost no advantage in finding a local tax pro, especially now when everything is remote anyway. But if you prefer local and are in South Florida - contact @Lance Lvovsky.
