LLC and tax concerns
Hello, I need some help. I opened my LLC last year and never used it. I recently paid to renew the register agent, but I didn't know there was anything else to pay.
Today I got a letter called “Texas Notice of Intent to Forfeit Right to Transact Business-Estimated Franchise Tax” it says I owe $1,160. Is anyone familiar with this? Any accountant, tax professional, CPA, that can guide me?
