Self Directed IRA - funds available for lending

Hello BP!

I recently had a second position short term interest only loan paid off. I previously lent to a newbie that needed rehab funds for his duplex.

These (modest) funds are held in my Self Directed IRA and now need to put these lazy funds back to work.

Any thoughts on where the best place within BP to look for potential borrowers?

Any and all insight is welcome.

I'm flexible on rate and terms for the right deal.
