Reverse 1031 exchange

Ronald Cooperman
Posted

We are selling a property 2/1/21 for a 70,000 profit. We have under contract several purchases 12/31/20. Can we qualify for a reverse 1031 exchange? We are in New Jersey. What do we have to do?

Thanks and merry Christmas to the Bigger Pockets world.
