looking for a CPA with focus on Real estate

Hello, we're looking for recommendations on a CPA that is focused on Real estate taxation and familiar with Texas & Arkansas laws where our rentals are. We have a CPA currently but not too fond of him and looking elsewhere. Have looked at other Cpa's but many were hard to get a hold of. Any referrals would be appreciated!

@Michael Plaks yes is agree but doesn’t that defeat the purpose of being hired on as a Cpa if you’re never available to speak to? If I can’t get a hold of you now why would that change after I pay you?

Do you get to talk to a doctor you're considering before "hiring" him? What about after? Don't you have to make an appointment and pay?

Established professionals are available to their clients at scheduled times. Very few of them would have time to talk to you whenever you want to talk to them.
