Seeking STR specific RE Tax Professional

I am in need of a real estate tax professional who is familiar with short term rental: pre-purchase, regs, and strategies. I have properties in FL and AL, but live in GA. Happy to work with them remotely, so location is not important. Someone who is also an investor would be a bonus!

Thanks!

@Celia Cortes

You probably will not find any CPA specializing in STRs - it's like looking for a dentist specializing in just wisdom teeth. But yes, STRs are different in their tax treatment from regular rentals. Worse, their tax treatment is controversial in some aspects, and tax professionals sometimes disagree on specific issues related to STRs.

You got a very good advice above: browse this forum for earlier threads on STRs and AirBnBs. You will pick up some useful pieces of information along the way and will meet some accountants who share their knowledge on the subject, including the two excellent CPAs who replied to your question on this thread.
