RE Accountant recommendation in NJ

Hi, long time reader, first time poster. I'm a buy and hold real estate investor in NJ. I'm curious if anyone can recommend a good Real Estate Accountant. As I've been reading more on the forums, I'm realizing I should get someone that specializes in this field. Also, I'm guessing I should hire someone from NJ but if not, recommendations outside NJ or online is also welcomed.

Much appreciated.
