Transfer Tax in New Hampshire - Which Form?

Question

Was wondering if anyone knew which Transfer Tax form I needed to complete in New Hampshire. I own a house and am moving it into an LLC, which I own. The forms are listed as one for the buyer and one for the seller.

Jeff, did you get your answer?  If not, suggest you call the number on that web page and simply ask them.  You will need to pay BOTH sides of the tax, as seller and purchaser, and there is no loophole in NH for this unless you transferring into a trust for estate planning purposes.

So I'm guessing you will need to file CD-57-P, CD57-S, and  PA-34, which cannot be downloaded from this site.

Hey Jeff.  I'm from NH, just joined BP tonight and I was wondering if you found your answer?  I am actually looking to transfer two homes into an LLC I'm setting up right now so I'm sure I'll have the same question.  Looks like you are from Charleston SC?  I was in the Marines stationed in Beaufort and bought my first motorcycle in Chareleston down by Folley beach.  Love that region of SC.
