Gifting a car to someone's LLC
My uncle is gifting me his used car. I'd like to transfer it straight into my recently formed single-member LLC. Is it OK to do so or do I have to first transfer it under my personal name and then into my LLC? If I can transfer the title straight to my LLC, is the process any different? I'm in California. Thanks
