Solera Solo 401K Slow responses
I have read many glowing recommendations for Solera Bank and their Solo401K program. I am attempting to use the bank, however I am concerned.
After almost 2 weeks my account is still not established. I have ran into a myriad of issues such as:
Address verification, Missing initials (I provided), spouse setup wrong and SLOW return communication (going on 3 days) after leaving a message and email.
Has anyone else experience problems after setup? If I'm dealing with this now what will I deal with when I'm trying to make transactions?
Looking for experiences.

Sammy - thank you for sharing. You’re right, there are a lot of glowing reviews. Your experience is not the norm and as the head of my team I apologize. I’m very grateful for BP as it shows me both when we are doing a great job and when we miss step. I’m confident that in the near future we will demonstrate why we’ve had such good reviews.
