How to set up seller financing?
Hi All!
My aunt has the opportunity to purchase a duplex outside of Boston that she is currently renting. Her and the current owner may set up a private sale via seller financing.
What are some good resources to learn about to properly set up this agreement/make sure it’s the right choice?
