AD Military, just closed on house, possible PCS orders....

Good morning. I'm active duty military and just closed on a short sale which took almost 1 year. I closed last week, and just got wind of possible PCS next summer (<10 months). VA occupancy rules require I occupy the home within 60 days, but it may not make sense to move on my own dime twice in the next 10 months. Is anyone smart on VA rules which would allow me to immediately re-list the home without ever physically living in it?
