1099 Tax form for private money
I'm meeting with a potential private money investor this weekend (pretty pumped!). Up until now we've used our own money. My question is about the tax form I would issue an investor after the sale of the property. I'm going to be searching for the answer of course but, I thought I would throw the question anyways!
