Hello All - In need of a private money lender for new SFH rehab project SWFL with more possible projects coming up. I have way more opportunities than $$ so I'm looking to add PML or multiples to my team. I'm actually having to turn away good possibilities which I am cringing at! I am a fix n flipper with success in both MN and FL having never lost money. I would consider a money partner but am not looking for a split 50-50 since I am doing 99% of all the work.
