Looking to start my journey in Airbnb world.

Already working in the new construction industry and would like to build few properties specifically for Airbnb.

Will be happy to get any tips on how to start, like most recommended courses, FB groups, tools that will help us to analyze each market and understand which demographic area is best to focus on.
