I’m looking to work with Private Lenders on Flips and New Construction. I have the people needed to do the work. I’m just needing to find sources of financing. I’m looking to offer 10% 12-24 month ballon payment at completion. The amount needed is going to be different with each business opportunity.  I would secure these contracts with the deed of each property.
