Hi Chuck and Joseph,

I did reply to your email...  Must be in your spam folder (dated 10/23) but this would be a good opportunity to let everyone know that we do not own these properties nor do we represent these sellers...  We just find the properties, that are available from many many sources, that fit our return on investment formulas...  We find them and analyze them and then send them on to our investors to pursue...  The most important information on our reports is the address!  We definitely are looking for agents, etc...  to help our investors purchase these properties.

I have been getting properties listed from these guys in the Denver area. It all sounds real good but I tried to contact them and got nothing. A week or so back I opened one of their emails and they were looking for RE agents, contractors and PM companies to represent them in the cities that they have properties. I sent them an email saying I had connections for this and have never heard from them.

I don't do REOs or HUD properties so I'm not sure how up to date their list are nor how the work these deals. So looks good on the surface but I dropped them because they wouldn't respond to my emails. Hope this helps.
