**Unique opportunity for right personality type**

Despite the hype, there are still plenty of good investment deals in Phoenix. There are literally thousands of people every month that are either facing foreclosure, upside down, in distress and need assistance.

We're expanding and looking for 2-3 licensed individuals to grow our acquisition opportunities.

Do you have a burning desire to be involved in the investor side of real estate but don't want to have the route "job" of being a realtor?

You will *not* be responsible for negotiating short sales, managing fixup, getting funds, or finding a buyer. Your sole priority is to source motivated sellers and get them in your pipeline.

Best of all, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED LEADS, as well as be given training on other sources you can target. You will be expected to door knock, contact, and talk to people. If you're not good on the phone or afraid to approach people...don't apply.

When you get interested Sellers, you will work directly with owner agent to analyze deals to be bought as investment properties for cash investors. Deals must meet company requirements.

You will work in YOUR farm area, so most of your work will be done remotely. 20-30 hours a week is expected and your goal is to get 2-3 contracts a month. Consistent activity, follow up, and a sense of urgency is a must.

This is a perfect position for an assertive personality type who want to work with an investor mindset, without the overhead, holding costs, and marketing costs of your own investment operation. We will provide the admin, Buyers, and support you need so you can focus on one thing and one thing only. (BPr's...think of this as an "internal wholesaler.")

Performance-based bonuses awarded.

Laptop/cell/fax/high speed internet/license are requirements. Basic understanding of financial concepts and proficiency in Microsoft office type documents is important. Effective and professional written and verbal skills a must.
