Hello!

I am looking for a hard money lender in McAllen, Texas. I am struggling to find anyone local but I am also looking for someone who will loan to me for high quality mobile homes that I am getting at minimum of 50% discount. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Mobile homes are a tricky asset to finance - largely due to the lack of appreciation and the physical nature of it. That said, it can be a valuable investment when done right. I would suggest contacting various mortgage brokers in Texas as they will have access to numerous hard money lenders and can help you secure financing! Good luck.
