Transactional loan needed STAT!

I'm representing an Irish Pub for sale in Presque Isle, Maine.  Its a thriving business, but the owner has suffered a health issue.  She CLOSED the restaurant last Saturday after business hours (11/19/22).

I have a potential buyer who needs immediate transactional funding.  The asking price is $650,000, all-in.  That's real estate (commercial appraisal 4/10/22 at $790,000 (includes the going concern).  They will have over 50% cash invested in the deal.

The buyers have two personal residences and the restaurant building itself to offer as collateral.

If you are interested in transactional funding, please reach out ASAP.  Time is if the essence as the faster we can transact, the more of the goodwill we can rescue from oblivion.  We would like to close in 14 days or less if possible.
