Hello, can anyone recommend a lender in Memphis that funds long term, fixed rate mortgages on sub $100,000 properties?

James, typically a small bank or credit union will be the best bet for a sub 100k loan. I unfortunately do not have one in particular I can recommend but if you call around to a few you should be able to find one.
