a colleague of mine is in need of 150000 to rehab 3 properties one to sell right away and one to rent out to his employees, the last he is going to hold on to. he wants to put up 3 of his other properties that he also owns as collateral against the loan. looking for either hard money or a private lender that could help him get the funds.
