Client with Properties He Needs to Sell

Afternoon all! I have a client with a large number of properties in the Kansas City area, KS and MO, that needs to sell them off ASAP. Some are completely rehabed and rented or ready to rent, and some are in the rehab process or need to start the rehab process. Most are SFR's, some multi-units, and a couple larger apartment buildings.

He also has several luxury properties in the Phoenix, AZ area that he wants to sell.
