Looking for financing for STR and construction loans.
Hey guys I’m in SE Oklahoma doing new construction for str and to sale. 750+ credit score, plenty of cash reserves and good 2 year tax return history. I’ve been using cash to build but now looking for best financing options. The small local banks here are 1% over prime on a 3 year arm with 20 year total. I have to assume I can find better.
