Any PMC working with rental property using RBTR model?

Hi,

I am currently a rental property owner in Austin, Texas area and currently in market to invest in a new rental property. I am looking for a PMC that specializes in RBTR model. I am specifically looking for a property that will help me be cash positive. My current investment property is already using this model and generating positive cash flow. I would like to replicate the same with my second house as well. Its been already challenging maintaining the house being an outside state investor. With two properties now its going to be more difficult and therefore would like to offload the care and maintenance to a PMC that specializes in this model. So please share any companies that anyone might know that could help me out with 2 rental properties using this model.
