In search of a warehouse owner.

My wish is all is well with you and yours. My partners and I are looking for a warehouse owner. The purpose it to setup and document our successful drop-shipping location. We would like the owner of the warehouse to become a partner as we spread across the region. The location would have to make sense logistically, financially, morally (I guess we have to say it), and logically. I'm sure we can come to a Win/Win or nothing at all.
