Tax CPA for house hack
In October I closed on a duplex using a FHA loan and have been living in it ever since, house hacking. I also put some work into the unit to improve it. I understand there are some tax benefits of doing this, and want to use an accountant that is savvy in this area. Can anybody recommend / connect me to a CPA who could help me file taxes in Portland Oregon this year? Thank you!
