Hi Everyone!  

I have been lurking on BP, studying, analyzing deals and saving $ for the past two years.  I have a plan in place and am ready to get going.  

Does anyone have a recommendation for a buyer's agent who is familiar with buying empty lots for new build construction in the Sunnyside area of Houston?
