Hello, my friends, could you please advise banks, credit unions, or non-profit organizations who can lend money for COMMERCIALS (5+ units, not office space)? Thank you, will be appreciated!

@Ran Fridman commercial lending tends to be much more niche than residential, so we would need more information. Where would the property be located? How big would the loan be? Loans over a million are a different animal from smaller loans. 

Normally I recommend people build relationships with local banks or credit unions as they get into this space. The local banks will be great long-term partners for you in specific geographic areas.
