Any recommendations for a good Cincinnati area fix and flip lender?  I would prefer someone local, but if not, at least someone you have had good experience with.  Thanks in advance.

I haven't used Spring Valley Bank personally but all the successful flippers that I talked to use it. I have heard good things about them. Let me know if I can help.
