Property Management Software for small MHP

Hi!  I am looking for property management software for a 36-space RV/mobile home park that would replace the current excel sheet and quick books format.  I am an out-of-state investor so it is important that both myself and my property manager can access certain items.  I would like something that includes similar accounting features to quick books or fresh books without having to use multiple platforms.
