Partnership with an investor

Hello All,

I am a determined and focused individual looking to start my journey in REIs. I am looking for an experienced real estate investor or a property management company who is willing to partner with me. Since I am on H1B Visa, i can passively earn income which means I can act as a "silent" investor while partnering up with a real estate investor who will be responsible for managing the property. You might ask yourself, why would I want to partner with someone with ZERO experience in REI. Well, to that I would say "Firstly, that's a good question I would also ask if I were in your position & secondly, don't judge a book by its cover" Give me an opportunity to talk to you and discuss what I will bring to the table. What skills I have that would be suitable to fill the gaps that you have in your investment(s).
