FHA 203K Loan

Hi, 

Looking into using an FHA 203K loan. Anyone go through this process? Open to all advice/tips. Specifically looking into lenders that offer this loan in the Pittsburgh area.

@Bailey Cocuzzi Loan can be a pain in the butt to go thru the process on but it's a great product without a doubt when getting started. I'd use it on a 3-4 unit if you can find something that makes sense for it. Really have to have a contractor you can trust to do the rehab because you are relying on them a ton. Sometimes hard to get contractors to do it also since they can only get paid after the work is done. Have to have someone that is well capitalized and good with paperwork which a lot of contractors aren't. I know @Chase Colucci is going thru one now he could be a good person to bounce some ideas off of.
