looking for lender recs in South Texas

Hi everyone,

My partner and I are under contract for our first investment. If all goes well we are hoping to do another deal later this year (most likely SFH). I would love to get this community's recommendations for knowledgeable and experienced lenders who know this market (San Antonio) and have that BP mindset. We would like to start building that relationship with them now. I am considering a conventional loan for the next deal but am open to other options (this is where the lender's experience will hopefully come in handy).

He is amazing with working for me and my fellow investor clients on conventional loans for investment properties throughout Texas.
