Looking for quality DSCR Lenders or Brokers

Hi,

I'm looking for DSCR Lenders or brokers that anyone has worked with in the past and could recommend. Under contract on a $160k SFR (Long Term) in Pennsylvania. I currently have a portfolio of over 50 properties, all financed with local commercial lenders, and want to expand my lending base.
