Sheriffs sales/title searches/looking for attorney
Good morning ! I thought I would ask to see if someone has used an attorney to assist with title search and obtaining title policy for a property purchased at sheriffs sale. I do understand those are risky and there are some info available on county site but would still like to get professional opinion when it comes to it. I can’t seem to find an attorney who specializes in these sales… any feedback or referral. would be appreciated . I am located in Illinois. Thank you
