60 Units multifamily land in Ocala
I have land under contract approved for 60 multi-family units in Ocala. There is a highway nearby and some well-known businesses.
The land is 2.75 acres. There aren't many comps for something like this. I have an asking price in mind but I don't know if it's too low or too much.
