Recommendations for Brokers in Northeast Ohio
I have completed the educational requirements to obtain a license in Ohio and am looking for a broker to hang my license with. I have eight years of experience as a licensed salesperson in Nevada, three years as a broker, and two years as a full-time investor. Currently, I hang my license at a boutique brokerage in Las Vegas that specializes in investing, flipping, and wholesaling. I pay $120 per month and receive 100% of my commissions, with a $595 transaction fee. In Ohio, I am looking for a brokerage with a similar focus and structure. I will be returning to the Akron/Cleveland area to focus on investor relations and building a portfolio while splitting time in Las Vegas. Ideally, the broker would have personal experience in flipping and investing or at least a thorough understanding. Does anyone have any recommendations for a brokerage that would be a good fit?
