A Little Help Please

Hey BP family I have purchased my first investment property in the city of Philadelphia. I am looking to rehab it in about 3 months. In the mean while I need somewhat of a mentor, someone to walk/talk me through the process from the beginning. I am new to rehabbing investment properties and if someone has been there & has done what I am trying to do I'd like to limit my losses as much as I can, thank you guys!

There are definitely real estate meetups in your area. Go out and meet some people in real life who are flipping/rehabbing. You can check the events page here or google "Philadelphia real estate investment association" for your local REIA
