1.) Project Management Skills - I have a background in working for technology companies. Recruiting, building and leading teams. To deliver goals on time and under budget.
2.) Social Media Savvy - I have built successful podcasts and have created multiple social media pages with large followings in the five figures. While I’m not a Kardashian, to the right person this would be a significant boost.
3.) Time - I’m a stay at home Dad and I have a toddler going to preschool so I have an abundance of time on my hands. This time can be used to scout properties, record and research, market leads or anything else that ambitious entrepreneurs need to get done.
