 Hey Alex, my wife @Isabela Faria-Newell chimed in above and we work together in the space. I am very knowledgeable on the math of all the surrounding areas and also have a deep understanding of the day to day logistical operations. We look forward to connecting with you. As far as creative financing, that can be difficult in these time, but not impossible. A lot of banks will want to see the DSCR as well as the money for the down payment, but there are always other paths to explore!
