I’m buying an Airbnb in Davenport Florida and looking for a property manager.  I owned a management company in Minnesota for many years and don’t want to rely on a bad company to handle my investment.  Any good suggestions on a property management company to handle my Airbnb would be much appreciated.

Have you thought about self manage? It's common for STR. One possible solution: Airbnb + Guesty (pricing) + Turnoverbnb (cleaning) + handyman/contractors + Azibo (bookkeeping).
